I have a fawn that was eating very well up until last nights feeding.......he has slowed way down with his eating and kind of just plays around with the nipple.....I gave him a little b12 as they say that increases their apetite but it does not seem that it did anyting......the fawn oterwise seems healthy.....he is peeing and pooing normally.......does anyone have any suggestions on what I might do to get him back on track....he is a Max fawn and I don't want to lose him. Any help would be great!! Thanks!!

Robbie he was eating 6 to 8 ounces 4 times a day..........now he is eating half maybe the last three feedings....feeding red cap nothing mixed in with it. they have fresh dirt daily......pens are cleaned daily...........have individual runs that they can go outside in during the day........bottles are scrubbed and cleaned spottless after every feeding......

Robbie thanks so much for the information.......thanks for answering the phone.......I appreciate your knowledge and willingness to help!!! Thanks Again!!!

Dennis,I've had that problem before and just skipped two feedings and they got right back to normal.you just have try everything till you find something works.lol.

Can you get Albon from a rural king or does it have to ome from the vet? Also, how many CC of B-12 would you consider? We have one that has the exact same symptoms. Thanks alot

Albon bolus and powders are available off the shelf at my local feed store, but to get the oral suspension that I like to use, I have to get it from my vet.
