Holy S**t is it really that high everywhere? here in central illinois I built another pen about 2yrs ago and just for the fence it was 1495.00 that was for 3 rolls of 330 ft fence. but that was 2 yrs ago so maybe things have changed
Here in Pa fence has had 2 price increases since I ordered in december!! When gas goes up so does steel... I hope gas prices slow down its already at 3.15 here!!!!

ooooo ok yea building and buying fence big difference..... especially if your doing it yourself or having someone else and if you have a large variety of excavating equipment handy that makes it much easier...... but not alot of people have access to those things
Wow $4.48 a gallon I shouldnt complain!!!! But the problem is if we have to pay that here in the US , it will put a halt to our recovery.... that is why our president has to change his policy or get out... I doubt he will do either!!! T Boone pickens was on Tv last night and said the chinese will be drilling off our florida coast and gulf , while obama sits and watches, whats that all about?????????

You might try recycle locations, if your not afraid of work and sweat labor, sometimes you can pickup used chain link that is not in bad condition,repaint it and slide steel on the edges to reconnect the sections.
Also check in your local section of Craigs list .com

you might be surprised at how low I sell new fence, I am not one of those companies who tries to make a killing on farmers, espicially in a business I love so much. If you need rolls, here is my suggestion to save money.
#1 - get as many people around you as you can to commit to some rolls, this will help off set the shipping for everyone.
#2 - Get it ASAP because steel prices are going up which was why I posted sever weeks ago a great special to everyone on new rolls while the price was still down to a manageable level. It has gone up 3 times this month already but I am still very low.
#3 - Did I mention to order it ASAP, sorry but I had to put that in again, a delay will cost you more in the end.
Guys, I am trying to help and it would be great to drop a trailer load at a farm and have everyone within a certain radious pick up there when the trucker pulls in. I have tried this several times at auctions and had a farm allow this but we never got many rolls sold. If you are willing to do this, contact me and lets help eachother, I make a little and you save a lot.

harry, i got a truck with a 53 ft, van and a 48 ft flat bed . Im in north jersey exit 19 off of rt 80, about 25-30 min from del.water gap, ( east ) also have a farm and a way to unload also, mabe i could cover east pa/ny/nj/md/del for you ? Crocket, I usually order a truck or 2 in the spring at a great price per post. I sell all over the country but if you were to order a large load I am sure we could work something out. Call me to discuss
