Guys i am so pumped up about this year!! Last year we had a great year but this year is going to be so much better. i know i haven't been on here as much as usual we have been busy with designs and deer farming. But i thought i would throw this out there for people to share what they are excited about this year! And talk about farm growth or the things that keep them driven!!
We are so excited about our fawning season this year. Our first high end fawn sale on hoof n paw. We just purchase a Rolex over Maxbo Doe fawn along with a Soaring Eagle/ Rold Gold/ HeadGear doe fawn. All are healthy and doing great.
We got some great Yearlings in our pen this year. We currently have a Maxbo Velocity son supporting 8 points as of today.
Up coming AI season we got RRW Midnight Ranger going into Maxbo Velocity daughters. This should be a huge cross and cant wait to see the out come. Plus we got Rolls Royce we are going to use ( still looking to purchase a good doe for that straw) We will also be using North Creek Whitetails Hard Rock in our power doe Josie. Look for that lot in a possible auction soon!
Life is good and my family is well. The kids are out of school and back to work here on the farm. They love the fawning season probably as much as i do. Though they dont have all the stresses that go with it.LOL
Im truly blessed! We might not make it to the big leagues soon but we try to grow from year to year. Doing something different then what we did last year. I appreciate you all allowing us to be apart and share in this wild adventure of deer farming.
