Top of the evening, On one of keith warren's shows he showed a deer farm that put a round ball on a string in their deer pins. My question is they covered the ball with some kind of sticky stuff that the fly cant stay away from! I was wondering if anybody knows what that stuff was? Thanks

It works great on horse flies and yellow flies. I did it last year and covered the ball with flies in a week. The product we used is called "sticky foot". It comes in a jar that looks like PVC cement. Get a $1.00 cheap beach ball and spray paint it black, cover with sticky foot and hang it in a tree near where your deer bed in the shade. Hang it just higher than they can reach. When ball is covered with flies just chunk it and start over.

sounds like an good idea, i am up for trying it out, i hate those dang horseflies in the summertime.

Thanks for the comeback on the Sticky foot stuff. I have tryed to google the stuff and i cant find it. Is there another name i can look under or where can i find the stuff? Thanks again for the help. Tailor made whitetails
