Grain for fawns

I am in the process of weaning my fawns and I was wondering what the best grain is to put them on for the next few months.

I started mine with calf manna, now I have a bowl of calf manna and a bowl of our regular grainn side by side they can pick which one they want. They eat from one bowl for a while then move to the other. They don't seem to have a preference. Where in NY is Amenia? I'm near Rochester.

We feed Record Rack (loose grain mix). When my fawns are first born, I offer 1/2 the breeder formula and 1/2 fawn pellets. Now, I have weaned them and I just gradually decrease the fawn pellets in the mix for about 2 weeks. From there on, they will be on the regular formula all of the adult deer get.
