Help ! Sick Fawn

The Fawn is about a 2 weeks old. A few days back she had small strands in her stool (worms ). De-worked her with pancur . She has clear gel coming out with her poop. This morning the gel is now a mucus color. For three days she has had a small sneeze/cough (not sure which it is ). This morning it took two hours to get her to finish her bottle. I am now suringe feeding her and have her on heating pad because she feels cold. Took her temperature about twenty minutes ago (she’s been napping on the heating pad almost the entire day ) Her temp is 101.6 . She is lethargic but her tongue is pink and she is alert. Any advice would greatly be appreciated !

I’ve been doing bovi sera it seems to helping her until today . She is very listless and feels full but not bloated. The last time she ate was 11pm and she was walking around and being very curious if her surroundings. She only would poop. Little ball at time. I gave her a small enigma and a couple more little balls cane out but with a lot of mucus around the little individual balls and clear gel. She just wants to sleep she will not walk around. Have given her water andpedialyte. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone or have suggestions
