FYI,, i pulled my first fawns ever sunday morning,, after struggling to hold them while trying to start them on a bottle, monday morning i took and old collapsible chair, cut leg hole splits in the seat. viola! fawn is held secure and starting on the bottle is a whole lot easier, cost was about $20 as i recall.anyway it is well worth it and a whole lot cheaper than a commercial fawn cradle.

Travis of Freedom whitetails does do an excellent job making these, and his price is great. this is by far my best year tagging fawns, my tag placement has been perfect each time. when i think back to fawning season of the past, I have to wonder: How did i ever do it with out a cradel? If you are tagging without a cradel this year, make sure you get one for next year. Here is a pic of a little buck I tagged yesterday

We also used the cradle from Travis this year. It's super nice because your not bending down or anything. It's the perfect height! I agree with Antlershed as well. The tag placement this year was so much better!
