Illinois deer season

I have been watching and waiting for one particular buck to have a close encounter with. This morning after first light it happened. He came by me at 15 yards and I was just amazed at his tine length. My slug gun would have to wait for another time however for his right beam was gone just after the brow tine. I will be looking for his shed and thinking about next year now.

There is three in the first picture with maybe the biggest directly behind the one in the front. Come on over Wayne and bring some straws of Rawhide for the girls!
