Indiana Deer & Elk Farmers Association Annual Meeting & Fundraiser

Come join us at the Indiana Deer & Elk Farmers Annual Meeting & Fundraising event on April 28th at the Chupp Auction Center in Shipshewana, IN. Saturday registration will start at 8:00 am. The membership meeting will begin shortly after with election of officers at 10:00 am. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am.



The silent auction will be from 9 – 2 with the live auction starting at 12:30 pm. The auction catalog can be viewed on our website at www.indianadeer.net. There are three donations that cannot be found in the auction catalog so we have these on the site with details. We have one (1) 4 person/3 day Argentina Dove hunt, one (1) South African Hunt and a Beagle Puppy.



Auction items can also be found on Whitetail Exchange for bidding. The bids from Whitetail Exchange will carry over to the live auction. I would like to thank everyone that donated/purchased at our fundraising event that we held this past weekend. A special thank you to Whitetail Exchange for allowing us to post the donations prior to the event for bidding. We had several on-line bid winners. We had a great crowd and the Chupp boy's did an amazing job as always.
