HI Guys,

I'm looking for information on deer handlers. I need to purchase one and i'm just wondering what ones are good. Or if it makes sense to buy used or go with new ? Or any experiences you all have with deer handlers. Things you might do different if you had to get a different one. Any info is greatly appreciated and once again thanks so much for your help, you guys are great!!!! Thanks Scott

Check out deerstore.com.  Everyone that I know that has one from there likes it.  My buddy has a Junior and it works great.  I've worked with the Papa before too and it was really nice too.  If you can find them used you can save money...but you don't see them for sale very often.

If you are looking for a less expensive chute, you can look at the Graber chute (he's in Indiana) or one from Norman Troyer of Troy Ridge Mfg. in Millersburg, OH. We have one from Troy Ridge and we absolutely love it. His Phone # is 330-893-7516.

Steve,

How much is that chute from Ohio  and could you post a picture of it please?  I have heard of the Graber and was leaning towards that but Ohio is much closer.

I know of two Graber squeeze that are available from friends for $1000 each. They are in almost new condition. 317-442-1699 one is in eastern Indiana near Brookville and the other near Bloomington.

I didn't even look at who posted the topic. One of them is about twenty minutes from our

farm and the other not far from where the Nadefa conference will be held next spring.

We have a graber. Found it on craigslist and traded a rifle for it. Works great. Idk if I would put mature bucks threw there tho.

Hi Scott  this is neeby you were at my farm this summer looking at my pen setup and bucks, I have the buck called caveman you really liked, my neighbor has a like new shoot with boxes, I thought he paid 1700 for the shoot alone and just fought out it was more like 2500 he is selling it all for 1400 so you may want to check it out, I actually saw the setup in person and it is really nice!! well worth the price! 1-570-386-2468 scott neeb

John, I believe the cost is $2100. If you still want a picture, I will go out and take one and post it. It looks a lot like the Graber chute. I helped pull cidrs 2 weeks ago and the guy had a Graber and I have to say I like mine better but that may be, in part, because I am used to it.

I am thinking of buying a Grandpapa Deerhandler just wanted to see if you had one and if you like it or not and what is good about it and what is bad about it.

Thanks Joe

I am looking for a used chute for a reasonable price. If you know of any deer farmers that went out of business and have one, please let me know. Thanks.
