Hey guys I wanted to see if there would be any interest in Investing in a Trophy Hog hunting preserve. I know the market and business like the back of my Hand. It can be very profitable. It would be located in North Georgia. Please feel Free to contact me . [email protected]

Its how you market it. If you advertise with SCI then you will get alot more Trophy Hunts booked and your talking anywhere from $1000 to $2500 for profit per Hog. But I would still offer non Trophy Hogs. And when I say Trophy Im talking Pure European boars ranging from 300 to 550 lbs with Huge Cutters.

So how much are you charging for a trophy boar hunt and a non trophy hunt? From the looks of it you'll be charging anywhere from about 2000-3500 dollars for your trophy hunts on boar.

Well It depends on what type of Trophy the Hunter books. Trophy can be a couple of different things. Good boar with Huge Tusks or Huge Body with good tusk. Tusk size usually comes from Age so that make a huge difference. I know of Hunters who has paid $5000 for a Big Boar that I have paid $1100 before. But that dont happen all the time. For the Huge boars with good tusks you can offer them for $2000 to $3500. I know other places that charge $3800 for them and even more . The market for these are starting to get strong again . I would say over the Next couple of Years it will be at its Peak again. Its all how you advertise your business. But you can offer average hunts and do really well between the Trophy Hunts.

Free Hunt Hogs Everywhere

3 day/2 night with Meals & Lodging Texas is over-run with Hogs, Help!

With hog ads like this I would say most of the cheap price hog hunters are gone. This would leave only clients that wanted pure European boars.

I had a hunting ranch for many years and can't remember one client that asked if I had European boars to hunt. We did 160 plus clients a year. Any hunt we did for $3,000 if done right really didn't produce a reasonable profit after taking in booking costs, cook, guide and lodging costs.

Hope you do well with this business venture.

Well I want go into details about it but there is a huge market for Trophy boars like what I could offer. There are two different Types of Hog hunters. The Trophy hunters and the Regular hunters that dont want to spend but a couple of hundred dollars for a hog. I know for sure there is alot of hunters that look just for European hogs. Like I said in my first listing. Its all about how you market the business. I know a place that books over 2000 hog hunts a year. For $800 a person. He has done this for Years. I just thought I would put this out there to see if there is any interest. If someone is not interested I still plan to open one in just over a year. It would be nice to get the business up and running before that. Thanks guys for all the input.
