Is this gray sac a bladder coming out

Could be many things,baby tumor prolapse,swelling from the rectum coming down to ******l canal.... It needs to come out or she will die !!! Also looks like a big gray tick !!!Goodluck !!!!

I'm with Kurt on this one. I think it is an abortion. Color indicates dead babies which need to come out one way or another. If she doesn't get them out she will need a C section and clean out in the morning. If not taken care of and removed she will die. You or your Vet need to get the rubber gloves on and check her out in there to see what is going on. Then at least antibiotics and a flushing I would think if you determine it was an abortion.
I would consider giving her some antibiotics asap, it might ease the infection so that she can urinate.
You could also get yourself a calf feeder bag with a long hose on it, put warm water mixed with some Pen Procaine, insert, and flush her out. Not too invasive, and I've seen animals' health improve after this kind of treatment.
This doe died and this is what I found. The first picture shows there is one fawn still in the canal, the other had rotted away which is what was hanging from the ******. Notice how yellow the fatty tisue is on the doe. Also, the liver is discolored. Vets say she died from septosemia (blood poison). Question, how in the hell can one discover problems like this before it is too late to treat?

Sorry to hear about your loss, I guess we all learn something new in this deer forums everyday if your on it. It just happens !!!....At least.... from now on, other farmers will know what to do next time if this happens again to someone else. It just suxs it happened to you ....noboby wants to lose in this deer business. Once again sorry !!!
It is possible to monitor pregnancies with an ultrasound machine. It is difficult to use in a chute, but it can be done. We use our machine primarily on our goats, but we will not hesitate to look at a doe in a chute with it. The probe has to be placed on the left side of the belly with the tip pointing towards the bladder. Then a gentle tilting left and right will produce images of the babies.you may have to cut a small opening in your chute to use the tool.
I would bet that the fetus that was brown and "rotting" as you said was what is known as fetus mummification. The fetus dies, and is not shed. The brain produces progesterone to keep the pregnancy intact (due to the other fetus), so the dead fetus dies and obviously ceases to grow while the other goes on living and growing. If the fetus is left inutero very long, it gets that brown "mummy" look and also causes lots of toxicity.
