Liability

I'm in the process of getting my farm started and this may be a crazy question but I'm assuming a lot of farms are llc but will this compleatly protect you if say you have a deer get out and it gets hit by a car and does a lot of damage. I guess my question is what is everyone doing about farm liability insurance

call me at 317-856-3600 I have an insurance agency. If you have farm bureau you should be covered or any other reliable company on your home owners or farm owners insurance. Jerry L Bell

Johnathan, that may not be true in all areas of the Country! Here in Mo. we have to carry a Policy just for Liability on the Deer side of our Farm!

Forming an L.L.C is a smart move to help keep all the bases covered in today's sue happy world!!
