Hi, Its Jason from Hollow Road Whitetails. I have a question I am hoping someone can answer for me. If 2 buck are born from the same mother, the same year are they considered twins or womb brothers? Is there a difference? I have heard different people refer to this situation differently. I just don't want to make a mistake when advertising our deer. Also, I was wondering if someone can help me with getting an approx. score on 4 of our yearlings by looking at some photos or visiting our farm. We are new to the business and some people are asking about an approx. score. I don't want to give any wrong information. I can send some updated pics to an email or our website is www.hollowroadwhitetails.com or contact us if someone would like to stop by the farm. Thanks

They are womb brothers. And yes they are twins also. According to the Webster dictionary, twin: is either of two offspring produced at birth.

I wouldn't get too wrapped around the axle worrying about the wording of it.

Thank You, Thats what I thought. I just wanted to make sure so I didn't get anyone mad at me by using the wrong term.

The only thing you need to keep attention to is using "twin" or "womb brother/sister" by accident in the place of "full brother/sister" which is not always the same. These are different and could mislead somebody, but other than that, no worries. Welcome to the industry!
