Membership in ADWA and Heartbeat Magazine questions

For some reason I can not get ahold of ADWA or Heartbeat magazine to find out why my membership and subscription have not been sent to me. I paid for them both the same day, 2 Jan 2013, and both amounts of money have came out of my checking. I think this has been more than enough time for both of them to have come in, plus they will not answer their e-mails.



Anyone know how to get a hold of either?



I tried the ADWA and the phone number is not correct and Heartbeat magazine doesnt list a telephone number either.



Any help would be appreciated.

I am having surgery friday, so I wont be going anywhere for a week or more.



If they arent going to be doing the heartbeat magazine, they should not have charged me. LOL
