Call Dave Creegan in PA or ask Ray Favero. They both had Mulies a few years ago, I dont know if tthey still do. Jack Schubarth gave me a lot of good info when I purchased a few bred Mule Deer does a few years ago.

When I have driven past Dave Creegans lately it appears he only has one mulie left, I think he is getting out of them too, not sure, but that is my presumption. I used to see 6-8 of them in his pen along the road, now, like I said, there is just one left in there.
