Whitetail Exchange and Whitetail Quest introduce its newly formed customer service team with the arrival of Quest X 5.0 and the increasing popularity of weekly auctions on Whitetail Exchange.



The team is headed by Todd Morgan of Whitetail Exchange and Richard Mews of Whitetail Quest. Its newly formed members include Lisa, Jenny, Lory and Bonnie.



Lisa has been working as a customer service agent for the past 10+ years focusing on online Internet sites. Jenny’s background with animal health education will be an added skill set to the online training of Quest’s new online farm management system. Lory has been with our team for the past year, entering the 8,000 plus pedigrees that resides in Quest’s database. Her primary function will be to help new farms convert their current herd records to Quest X 5.0. Many of you already know Bonnie and will be taking on added responsibilities between the two companies.



We will be extending our customer service times to better service you and your busy schedule… but we need your help!!!
