I got a letter in the mail and voted for some new board members..Have they released the names who won or is it still being counted?
New NADEFA board members?

We were sent an e-mail from our Ny assoc president Dave Vanderzee and he said that he was voted on the nadefa board. Congrats to him but i do not believe an official statement has been released.
We met Dave for the first time in Dallas. I must say he should be a great asset to the board & NY. I was very impressed with his thoughts & ideas.

He is a very smart man and is very up to date on the ways of politics in the deer farming world. He was one of the ones to vote me on the board of Nydefa. We are moving in the right direction to get ny back where it should be in the whitetail world. Angie is in charge of the memberships and the website. Working with the applecreek guys they should be able make that a useful site again. I am very excited to be in charge of the ny auction from this year on. There will be info sent out to farmers on that soon but i can tell you from one farmer to another that i will be looking out for the best intrest of the farmer.Lower commission,Lower no sale fee's,Lower catalog ad prices and still have dv auction service and well known auction service. I believe we need to raise enough funds to do what is needed but i also think it can be done with better prices and with the farmer in mind.
They had announced the elected members at the conference. I'm sure they will have them on the website soon. I believe Ray Burdette is the new president
