What is your farms protocol for new fawns? What medications/vitamins do you give? This is is the first year I'll be fawning and trying to get all my stuff together , thanks in advance for any help
im in the same boat. Im going to use Bo-se, clostridium, fusobacterium, and a fawn paste
not sure if I need to use a fawn paste and a colostrum paste together or just the one..
also, ive seen some protocols that administered draxin to their fawns.. everybody does something different.
for my milk replacer im using Fawn-Lac and red cap milk
This is my first set of triplets and 1 is small about 3/4 the size of it's siblings. Any advice on how best to proceed, I'm not sure it's tall enough to nurse. My gut says pull it and feed it powdered colostrum and if it survives continue on replacer. Any thoughts?
I had to pull a set of triplets off a mom. One I know didn’t get an colostrum
