NYDEFA will have their annual auction and fundraiser on September 28 & 29th in Cortland, NY at the NYS Grange Headquarters. Flyers will be mailed soon for consignments and donations. If you have any questions or wish to have a consignment or do a donation, please contact Mike or Angie Kerry. You may also email Angie at [email protected]. Thanks and look forward to seeing you all in September

Consignment flyers have been mailed out for the upcoming auction. There is no limit to the number of consignments and you may put a reserve on it. I believe all other details are on the flyer. If you didn't get one and would like one, please send me your information and we will get one in the mail to you.

We still have a couple of 8x10 booth spaces available. The price is $100.00 for both days and has to be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice. If interested send me a pm and we will get you hooked up. First come, first serve.

Also, get your consignments in. Deadline is July 20th. It will be here before you know it. No limit on the number of consignments. If you need a flyer, let me know and we will get one out to you.

Thanks!

We still have a few booth spaces left for the auction if anyone is interested.

DV Auction Service will be online for our sale along with a special of only 5% commission with a full page ad at $350 and a low $50.00 no sale fee. This ny sale will always be aimed at all farms and all animals so all consignments will be accepted. I believe there is a home for all animals if givin the chance! Be it preserve animals or breeder stock. We have some great lots and donations already in and some great farms have signed up for booths. Hope to see some of ya's there.

Mike, Will you be taking all lots from any and everyone ? Or are you guy's only looking for select lots that will panel juged ?

Thanks and Good Luck to the New York Deer Breeders

Wayne we are accepting every lot that comes in!! We are just trying to get NY back into the deer world and make a few dollars for the association. If we have to many lots we will do a silent auction for the extra lots and any lots that come in after the catalog comes out BUT all lots will still be listed on the exchange and anyone in the silent auction will still be read off for bidding and givin the time they deserve. Ya know i would have to say my worst experience in the deer business so far was when i bought a doe fawn and a big name farmer bought the womb sister to mine. I listed her in an auction and come to find out they did also. Well needless to say i recieved the phone call to say my deer did not make the cut. I asked how they figure out who gets in and who does not. I was told they go in front of a jury. Well the catalog came out and guess whos deer made the cut? Yup the womb sister to mine. I think..well i wont say what i think but if i have my way nobody will ever get that call from a sale i have anything to do with.

Bring it on. I can get banners printed at a very reasonable price.

Just a reminder that consignments and ads are due July 20th, just a week away. Need a consignment/donation form, www.nydefa.org and click on the donation form on the bottom right hand side of the page. Don't forget to list your reserve if you have one.

We are excepting all consignments for the auction. Fawns, Does (open and bred), breeders and shooters! We have had farmers asking if we would consign shooters and have had farmers asking for them.

All donations will be listed on Whitetail Exchange a couple of weeks before and also on our website. We will accept donations for the fundraiser until September 20th, 2012.

Thanks to all that have consigned and donated so far. We have some good lots and donations in. It will be a great sale/fundraiser. Look forward to seeing you there!

Mike, here are a few of the deer that will be in the 5 straw semen package I am putting together for the NYDEFA organization. Hope this donation will help you guys. Sorry about the last picture of King of the Mountain, I don't have an enlargement for him yet, 523 4/8 was his official panel score this year at NADeFA. If Size Matters these deer should really help some one's herd.

Wayne,Thank you very much for the awesome donation. We have some great semen and farm credits donated so far. We need all the help we can get on this fundraiser to get NY back active in the Deer Industry. Just a reminder that lots need to be in by friday if you want them listed in the catalog. We have some great consignments in so far from some great farms. We will be accepting any lots that come in after friday and if they miss the catalog they will be listed on the website and the exchange untill the auction starts. Thanks to everyone that has joined us so far.

Consignments are due tomorrow, July 20th!!!!!!! Don't be left out! Lots of consignments and donations so far. Gonna be a great weekend!

Some of my best clients are from New York and its time to give back a little something.I am going to donate choice straw of semen of boys in Blk 2 yr old to there fund raiser. It's been almost 20 yrs putting these pedigrees together and we have protected them since they were born trying to keep them special in the market place. They are as follows#1 Black Shadow, Shadow on Hardcores sister and he is going to be special when he finishes out, maybe our next shadow. #2 is 8 Ball,Hardcore on Shadow on B37 and he is 29 inside. #3 We call him Black 37 after his mama,he is Shadow on Blue 37 straight up and if u like a BIG pretty typical bred right at only 2 yrs old not sure where u can find more horse power. #4 is Ace of Spades he is Hardcore on Shadow on Rolex sister.Everybody that comes to the farm says he is easy on your eyes.Only 2 straws of semen were released out of these 4 boys last yr,we will not over sell them,so support New York and you will be rewarded with something Big And WIDE and a pedigree that can't be denied!!!
