Hey everyone just wanted to get the word out that Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma will be conducting is Deer Farming program for the spring session starting Saturday Febuary 11, 2012.It coensides with the Whitetails of Oklahoma annual confrence.
The guest speaker will Mississippi State University Prpfessor Dr.Steve Demarais.
Dr, Demarais spent 15 years as a big game specialist in Texas prior to taking over the deer research program at M.S.U. Dr.Demarais has published over 75 technical papers as well as co- publishing an award winning book "Ecology and Management of Large Mammils of North America.
Steve is also Chair of the Southeast Deer Committee,Associat Editor of the Wildlife Society Bulliten.

Genitics in Deer Management
Harvest Strategies w/ antler restrictions
Aging & ScoringRecreational Hunting & Buck Movement Behaviors
