LAST CALL FOR DONATIONS!
I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us at the Pennsylvania Deer Farmer's Association's 11th Annual Spring Meeting and Benefit Auction on Saturday April 21st, 2012. The auction will be held at the Lancaster Host, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We would like you to consider donating an item or items to the Association's Benefit Auction. Furniture, crafts, services, deer equipment, deer, live breedings, semen, and gift certificates are just a few donated items that are on the list so far. Simply fill out a form and send it to the following address before March 2nd, 2012 to have your information in the catalog: PDFA Spring Benefit Auction Committee, Kelly Pittenger, 4733 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, PA 17754, or email me at [email protected].
If you miss the deadline, that's ok, we will still accept donations up until the sale starts on the 21st of April, but they may not make the catalog.
Booth spaces are available to anyone who donates an item to the Association for the Spring Benefit Auction. The booth space includes pipe, drapes, and electricity. Please make sure you let us know if you are interested in a booth because booth spaces are limited and are first come first serve.
**We are accepting full page ads for the catalog (5" wide x 8" high). Please check the box on the consignment form and email your ad to [email protected] before March 2nd, 2012. Make sure to include ad payment with your form. Hope to see everyone there!
