I agree completely that their opinion isn't valid. It just worries me that people actually listen to these people. One person I dont' remember seeing on there that I know is an active supporter is Oprah and oh boy do people listen to her. So many people are out of touch with reality though its not even funny. Its about like politics though really. Just a giant popularity contest is all it is and who ever is popular is who people seem to listen to.

This Is good Information to have for those on our side who care and want to take a stand to some small degree, I avoid watching or listening to TV or music from those who support PETA, I simply refuse to give them the ratings or attention In hopes that others will do the same and It might get noticed some day.

One of the best ways to beat them is to join them keep your friends close keep your enemy's closer

To the point 2009 They decided they were going to get our state laws changed to outlaw all caged birds (birds that are in a pen or cage) my wife is a member (signed up on website) so she received the email a few months ahead of there plan to start lobbing our state officials to change the law being a game bird farm and hatchery we were able to get the word out to other bird farmers in the state and tell our officials who we felt and what it would do to are industry for all the money they spent it never even made it to the floor. since then we have heard no more.

We may not be able to gather all those wackos up and stick them on a island but we can stick together and fight them

I've got an idea for a celebrity spokes person!

Maybe we should get together a board that covers the public image of the industry, as well as recruit famous rock star/ avid hunting supporter Ted Nugent?

Just an idea!

Or possibly Eva Longoria she has been quoted on several occasions of her passion for hunting.

PETA is a pretty bad organization, if only because it runs on the fact that "Cows might be intelligent! Stop what is natural and humanity has been doing since the dawn of time!"(their alternative is "vegan bacon" which is a stupid, stupid concoction of tofu and chemicals, or eating beans and protein pills). As "un-ethical" it is to raise and slaughter cows, it's actually a lot better than letting them roam free and starve or get turned into a speed bump by an oncoming Hummer. Eventually they will have to realize that it is both entirely unprofitable, or good business to run farms the way they are thinking of it (a lot of cattle farming techniques could be improved, but their idea of a good farm is usually an abandoned one), and that eventually their legalization that they they shove through Congress/ Your states General Assembly will be repealed, and that they can't really win, just kind of irritate everyone else.
