Pseudomonas aeruginosa diagnosis along with hemorrhagic disease

Had a buck fawn come into our rescue middle of July.  After about two weeks he went lame, coronal band on hooves soft and infected, looked as though he was going to slough the hooves.  Lesions on face, legs, and body. Sent culture of lesions and got the above resuls along with the diagnosis of HD from game and fish biologist.  Lots of LA 200 and Pen G, wrapped feet in gauze and coated in horse hoof treatment containing epson salts.  Changed over to Gentamicin injections( only antibiotic culture responded to) along with B-complex.  Fawn was up and about and seemed good within weeks.  As of the second week of October he was running and playing with the other fawns.  The growth on the hooves showed the coronal band healed and moved down the hoof halfway or more.  Yesterday he started walking  tender and this morning no appetite and walking very soft????  Anyone treated the above with success and what else can I do for the little guy?  Run the total treatment again??   Looking for any and all advise!!!

Give him Dex, and I'd run the treatment again, they can be infected again, sometimes with a different strain. Be sure  he gets plenty of fluids even if ya have to sub Q some into him. Gentamycin is rough on the kidneys without enough fluids.
