Releasing(escaping) Pen-Raised Deer

hello forum!

I did ask some members about situation when deer escaped and cant be found, or was released in the wild

some members answered me, that its against the law to release(let farm deer being~unleashed~)

I was searching for more information about it and found this article

i would like to hear thoughts about it

and still want to know if `anti-releasing` law is exist

i hope someone will clear the situation. I looked thru Mi agriculture department plus dnr site and found none information about it

Check with your states DNR they will be glad to set you straight and explain the laws of YOUR state

Good advice Wayne. If anybody makes any mistakes... Don't make them with your state agencies.
