What are you planning on darting them with?
I use 300 strength rompom mixed 8:1 with telizol 1cc-1.5 depending on the size of the oryx and how calm they are. Make sure to prop them up in there right side and keep there head elevated good they don't breath that well if you don't keep there head up.

I have darted 1600 pound cattle with 1 cc of triple strength mixed 9:1 and had them go OUT. It depends a lot on temperment. If your animals are calm and more domesticated, they can go out good on minimal drugs. I once gave a Whole bottle of the same mix to an old stubborn cow, she got a little drowsy but never laid down. When dealing with large animals I think knowing temperment is key.
