I have a 7 month old doe fawn who has had the scours on and off it seems like forever. I have had her poop tested all came back fine. I have did cord, neomycin, sulmet, c&e fawn paste, bio sponge, baytril, changed her feed, I have tried just about everything that I can think of. She clears up for a while they it starts back up again. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I can try? She is not very big but looks healthy and acts fine.

What was she tested for?  Floats done?

When you say scours are you talking like water loose or more like a dairy cow kinda loose that gets piled up on the deer's hocks?

Salmonella

Ecoli

Coccidiosis

Giardia Infection

She very well could have scarred gut's and it may never get better but i would try to get her alone if possible and get the fiber to her. I would get all corn out of her diet and feed straight pellet with good quality alfalfa, clover mixed hay and see if that helped her at all.
