Recently we have been reading all the posts on www.deerfarmer.com as well as receiving many phone calls about people’s concerns with selling Shooter/Stocker Bucks. Whitetail Exchange has decided to do something about the concerns.

Beginning with the Wednesday, September 2, 2009 auction and lasting throughout the Fall, Whitetail Exchange users will be able to list Shooter/Stocker Bucks on the site and have them end during the Wednesday No Reserve Auction. These hours are 7:00pm-11:00pm Eastern Daylight time. They will be listed under the heading of Shooter Bucks, but will end during the WNR hours. We are doing this because on Wednesday nights Whitetail Exchange has the most traffic and the will give you the most exposure possible.

Reserves prices WILL BE allowed on all shooter/stocker bucks even though they are ending during the Wednesday No Reserve hours. This is the only exception to the “No Reserve” policy.

Whitetail Exchange encourages all user that wish to list Shooter/Stocker bucks to be very thorough in their listings. Here is some key information to list.

1. Score (tine length, Spread, Mass, etc.)

2. Location

3. Delivery price or availability with dates

4. Testing

5. Any other important information

Whitetail Exchange strongly encourages all consignors to use www.dabuckchannel.com to post video of your bucks. Pictures are great, but video is better. Utilizing Da Buck Channel will only enhance your consignment. Your video listing on Da Buck Channel can be linked to your auction.

Remember, if your consignment does not sell on Whitetail Exchange, there is no charge. What do you have to lose?
