We have a sick fawn, 4 1/2 mos. old, not growing @ all, was wormed, test show no worms, eats just like the other fawns, keeps a very soft poo all the time, had blood test done, that is showing the liver isn't producing enough enzyme for her to digest her food, her body is not absorbing enough  nutrients for her to grow,  waiting for results from lab running more test. Any one have an idea of what might help her?

This response seems so simple I am sure you have asked already if it is possible. But here goes anyway. Can you artificially supplement that enzyme?

I'm not sure, & the vet isn't sure either, he is trying to find out if there a way we can, I'm trying to do the same on here.

Try a different diet. Strawberries, grapes, blueberries, greens, and shredded beet pulp. Don't give her any grains. I would definitely also try vaccinating her with pnuevac2. Her immune system likely is weak. She is vulnerable. Did you try worming her for liver flukes?
