Sons from Rolex does

I won't use this site to get into a pissing match about what I do or don't do in my business, for anyone, or for the industry. If you want to question me and my motives, be a man and ask me in person........I'm not hard to find.

Blessings to you too Dennis

Curt why do you come on here once in a blue moon only to support your own interests.....where were you when we were looking for donations for the Brakkes fund Raiser? To support the fight our industry is going through.....just wondering?

You're barking up the wrong tree Dennis. Curt certainly doesn't need me to come on here and defend him, but I will.

Just because someone isn't typing away on these forums doesn't mean they aren't very involved from a financial as well as personal aspect in the everyday fights going on in our industry.

I know for a fact that Curt is very involved in our industry, and to accuse him of anything other than that without facts is just foolish.

Sorry to disrupt your thread Curt.

Back to the Rolex does with sons...

curt look under what are breeding with post for Gowide Express X Rollex doe 39" inside spread over 400" @ 2

Curt, maybe I was wrong to bring it up in this forum....but I am frustrated with the lack of funding by the big boys in this Industry and the efforts to keep it a float.....I am not hard to find either curt as my number is attached to my name......I went through the donations on the WTE and I know who donated and who did not......I know who really cares about the industry and who does not.........I am tired of the games being played...and I am also tired of innocent people being taken advantage of in this industry......there are so many hard working people spending their hard earned money for a dream they have only for it to be squashed in the end.....I am not saying you are a bad person curt....only saying the big boys are no where to be heard from during these hard times.......it it makes no sense.....if you are contributing then it would be wise to update a lot of the farmers on this site.....because a lot of peoples backs are against the wall and they need to know where the support is coming from!

I agree entirely Jason ....when you are talking about giving to the needy and charity.....I wouldn't do it any other way.....but this is different.......it would be beneficial for people to know the industry is receiving support and might also make them want to help the Industry as well......I am done trying to help....I genuinely care about a lot of the people in this industry and don't want to see them be hurt.......hopefully things will get better........I will continue to pray for Gods favor upon the Industry.

Curt, I apologize for my earlier post....I should not have called you out on the public forum like that.....I should have called you instead.......my mistake and I will delete the post.......for the record, I have a Rolex doe that I purchased from the Eshes at the top thirty sale years ago.....she is an awesome producer........makes me sick to have to let her go......she throws all 200+ to 300+ offspring by 2 years of age depending on who she is bred too........

Curt ........he is responding to me about letting people know what you have donated........that is a Bible Verse meaning not to brag or be boastful in front of others about the money you give......so that was directed towards me not you......

There are things people do every day to promote this industry that don't involve money or auctions. Everyone does what they do best and what their talents and abilities allow them to do.

Yep Wild I couldn't agree more....However, for every ONE that does do for the industry there are many more that don't ......wish it didn't work that way but that is reality......I won't hijack this thread any longer........there has to be a lot of people with awesome Rolex offspring running around out there!!

Tryed to just sit back but I can`t. Those who have been in deerfarming for any time remember how most state organizations got started it was the big guys digging deep in there own pockets and giving up countless hours for everyones benfit. Its not always about the MONEY most of these big guys have sat on your state boards giving up many hours and countless dollars to look out for the benfit of everyone involved. What is there time worth for someone who has only a few months to live would tell you its priceless. Here in PA there are very few vistors at the board meetings want to do your part? these should be standing room only remember many hands make light work.To Curt and all the other big guys not doing there part I would like to thank you for what you all have done and will continue to do for the industry its often overlooked just how much you all have given already.THANKS

Greg

We sure thank Curt for helping us in our fight to keep the state open. Take a look at the top couple lots on the exchange and you will see he pretty much opened the gate to the heart of his awesome breeding's. Very nice donation!

Instead of us fighting against one another fight against the people trying to shut us down and take what we enjoy doing in raising our deer

Amen to that .....I agree and wish you the best......hope it works out for you I really do.........united we stand is the answer........I hope for this industries sake everyone plays by those rules!!

In the last few months I have sold the fundraiser auctions for Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. I know that Curt made some great donations to most if not all of these auctions. Several thousands of dollars were raised for these state organizations due to his generosity. 100% fact.

Thanks to Curt and family for they do for the industry.
