I'm just curious how every one stretches there fence? I have tried several methods and have not found a method I really like yet. I have used a tractor and a winch but have not found a good way to hook to the fence. I would love to here what yall do

I used my tractor bucket. I took two 2x4 put four bolts in them with the top bolt and the bottom bolt being eye bolts.

I then used a 3/8 cable with hooks on each end. Hooked to top and bottom bolts rapping the cable around my bucket on tractor.

This will let you run 50' of fence at a time and you can lift fence up and down at each post with bucket. I put up 4000 ft  of fence by my self.

This may not be the best way but it worked good for me. It has been two years and my fence is tight.

Good luck

Make you own stretcher bar---2 treated 2 x 4 x 8  and at least 6 carriage bolts nuts and washers.

Made my stretcher out of inch and a half square tubing with 3 hooks on it to attach to fence, with eye bolts welded to square tubing on both ends.  Then use a tow strap and come a long hooked to front of bobcat.  Do all my fence by myself

Several fence suppliers sell a wonderful stretcher bar or a local farmer may let you borrow one. We have two and we'll worth the investment. Pulls evenly. I think with shipping it's less than $200. We use two cable tuff tug pullers ( tractor supply $50) and you can use a chain and pull off anything or with two stretcher bars start your fence at each end and pull them together so your pulling evenly from both sides instead of pulling from one end. A lot of tension for one post. Once the desired tension is met gripple the fence together.

My opinion and I do not know your budget.
