Yep. Have one right now with that in the hock area.
This is a doe that went down after giving birth. She was down for 2 1/2 weeks and she wore a hole through her hide trying to get up. When she was able to get up and stand on her own, she developed this infection in her hock.

sounds like a diff reason but maybe same type of problem, mine is a 2 yr old buck and gland just appears to be swollen going on about 2 weeks now, at first he was limping for a day or 2 then got better, he is now limping again

Treated her with Tetradure and Dexamethisone and followed up with one more treatment of Tetradure. Went from the size of a baseball to normal in about a week.
