Swollen joints

I have a 6-month-old doe fawn with swollen joints ("knees"). Her joints have multiple soft tissue nodules that are warm to touch. She has difficulty getting on her feet from a lying position, but once up she can walk. No loss of appetite or any other symptoms.
Any ideas on her diagnosis and how to treat? Thank you so very much!
