Texas Deer Farm tour?

I am going to Irving Texas the middle of July for work for some training. I was wondering if there are any farms near Irving, Texas that I may be able to visit some evening? I am thinking of renting a car so that I can get around in after classes end at 4:30 pm. So I may as well check out some deer and facilities. Let me know if you are close and wouldn't mind an Ohio deer farmer stopping in.
