To all my friends in the Deer Industry
After many sleepless nights, I have made the decision to sell my 50% ownership in Whitetail Exchange to Scott Follett. Since July of 2008 Scott and I have had an incredible partnership and friendship. I am sure that this business is in the right hands for a bright future. With Scott’s enthusiasm for our industry, I am sure he will take Whitetail Exchange to new heights.
I sincerely feel that Whitetail Exchange is the most efficient and effective way to both buy and sell in the Whitetail Industry. With busy families, work schedules and farming deer, free time to travel to auctions is getting less and less. With borders closing, the days of going to an auction and looking at every deer in the catalog are over. Today, we are only looking at the few animals we can get into our state. With Whitetail Exchange, you can sit in your comfy chair and save plenty of travel expenses.
It should be noted that I was the one to initiate this sale. My wife Michelle, my sons Colin and Ryan and I are looking forward to the next chapter in our lives. Founding and successfully running Whitetail Exchange for the past 7 years is something that I am very proud of. I truly feel that Whitetail Exchange has made a difference in the deer industry. Through those years I have made some of my best friends and met many incredible people.
I encourage everyone to continue to support Whitetail Exchange for both buying and selling genetics and equipment. From what I understand, both Scott and Richard have some great things planned for the future. I am anxious to see these changes and to see Whitetail Exchange continue to flourish.
