Ok boys, lets hear it. I'm thinking about picking breeders. Here is a Slammer 2 year old we call Rolling Stone. He has everything EXCEPT width and is probably only 15-17 inches inside. He has a great pedigree and is Maxbo 727 over Kuhns Willy over Bucky. He is designed to be wide and may or may not throw that.
When looking at this deer I try to keep in mind that we TB tested in April and many of our deer got stressed and nicked up in velvet and seem to be narrower because of it.
What are everybody's thoughts on this 2 year old? I love EVERYTHING about him except for the width. Last year he was a 6X5 and scored 189. I am guessing him in the 275-300 range so far this year. He looks like a 10X7
