Whitetail dawn with bloat?

Hey everyone! I am brand new to having a fawn. I’ve raised a plethora of animals but never a deer. I have a 4 week old doe fawn. Up until 2.5 days ago, she was a perfectly healthy little fawn. Then all of sudden she bloated up and started grinding her teeth. I was giving her her strictly kid milk replacer (mannapro) until 10 days ago, the switch to a 50/50 mix of her manna pro and a universal milk replaced until it is finished. Then going 100% on the universal replacer. Five days ago, we started to keep her outside in the pen during the day, bringing her in at night. She has access to water and grass in the pen. The first day of bloat-she would not touch her bottle, but would drink water. The last 1.5 days she will drink 2 or 3 oz out of her bottle. (Before she would drink 4-6 oz, 5 times a day.)
I have read through so much information, my brain is spinning. I just want to have someone with experience to help me out. I read to give her an antacid, and that seemed to stopped the pain (teeth grinding). She has pooped and yes, I stimulate her for that. She pees, quite a lot. And she drinks sooo much water the past few days. I can hear liquid slosh around in her little belly when she’s walking. What do I do?!?!

I had a male get the bloat once. I gave mine baby Gas-Ex drops and massaged his belly pretty frequently. I cut off the food and milk supply until the bloat subsided. I only have him some Pedialyte to keep him hydrated. I did not do the tube because I didn’t have experience doing it. Sounds like she is overeating.

I'm also a new deer momma and experienced this and my "special baby" just passed away due to bloat. I believe after reading and reading. He ground his teeth all the time and my older one never does but I never knew why. He would have a little bloated belly s lot of the time after feedings but I didn't think much of it because his stools were solid, he didn't appear to be in any discomfort, and he was on the skinny side since day one. I call him my special baby because it was apparent he was different. He was abandoned soon after birth. He didn't fight his way in to eat (very passive), bowed legs, slower than the other, couldn't latch on easily, and just wasn't growing much. Well I've been trying to wean them both but still bottle feeding (goat's milk and a milk replacer) him and not my oldest. I offer hay, fresh grasses, fruits and veggies, and a sweet grain along with water of course. Everything was going smooth untill a while ago and everything went bad. I was a little late getting him his bottle do he was trying to eat quickly...too quick so I kept stopping the feeding and let him catch his breath. When he was done with his 6oz bottle he didn't seem right. His tummy was way bloated, could tell he was in pain, almost panting like he couldn't breath. I thought maybe he got too hot outside so I brought him inside. His gums we're very pale, and way too low temperature for a deer. All he wanted to do was lay down so I did my best to keep him up, rubbing his belly, and tried to make him poop even though I haven't had to do that in about 2 weeks now. Nothing, no gas passed, paid didn't get better. He seemed to be getting worse so I put him in the car to head for professional help and I didn't get a mile down my driveway and after trying to get off my lap, in to the floorboard, back in my lap, a gasping like for air and he was gone. I've been crying ever since. I wish I would of researched more when he would greatly his teeth and maybe he would still be here. Hard to believe just an hour ago he was following me around being his little spunky self. Thanks for sharing
