o Advertising Opportunities: your farm advertised with the large crowd at Kevin Grace’s Ohio Deer Sale August 30 – September 1, 2012.
All advertising materials must be preprinted.
(You are paying for the opportunity to have your items used at the sale.)
o Napkins advertising your farm at the Ohio Sale.
o Placemats advertising your farm at the Ohio Sale.
o Cups advertising your farm to be used for coffee during the Ohio Sale.
o Ice cream cups advertising your farm for use during the Ohio Sale.
• 4 booth spaces located inside the sale room at the Ohio Sale at the Buckeye Event Center.
o 2 booths to WDFO members ONLY.
o 2 booths to any highest bidder.
• 1 year feature: The picture feature at the top of the website. Feature six pictures from your farm and a click link to your website! You may change the pictures once during the year

• AI service for six does:. Dr. Donely will AI six does on your farm. If your farm is a long distance away, Dr. Donely will charge a service call, but no charge for the 6 AI’d does.
• A weekend with Fred Huebner: Visit with Fred Huebner for a weekend. Stay at his home. Ask him any questions you can think of about deer farming, genetics, marketing…anything! He promises a trip to the local ice cream parlor!
If you have an item you would like to donate, please bring it along to the picnic. All proceeds go to WDFO.

Directions to Kidron Park
From the north: Take Rt. 30 to Kidron Rd. Turn South on Kidron Rd. and go 3.6 miles the park is located on the left side of the road (Evergreen Park) just before you reach the center of town. If you pass Lehman’s Hardware, you have gone too far.
From the South: Take Rt. 250 to Kidron Rd. Turn north on Kidron Rd. Travel 2.4 miles. The park (Evergreen Park) is located on the right side of the road just after you pass Lehman’s Hardware Store.
