Who all is going to Nadefa

There are almost 700 members registered and almost all of the booths booked, so this is shaping up to be another successful event.

We normally have a lot of walk-in's at the conference which really makes it hard to plan the meal count and results in unnecessary cost. If you know you are going to attend, please call the office tomorrow at 330-454-3944 and tell them Shawn said you still can have the preconference rate. We need to give the meal count by close of business so I cannot guarantee the lower rate after tomorrow.

We do have a few booths left, which come with a registration, so for $250 extra you can show case your farm and genetics.

Clay, its my first time attending. Look forward to meeting you and talking deer.

I arrived at the hotel/conference center yesterday. It is a $30 taxi ride (one way, as many as you can squeeze in) or a $32 shuttle ride (round trip, per person) to the Millennium Hotel from the Airport (thanks Steve).

For those that are driving, the parking is $12 per day and it is valet parking. The city has torn up our parking lot for the trucks and trailers so the new parking lot (parking lot “D”) is 4 blocks down the street for $20 per day. You can stage your truck and trailers to unload on 6th street, then drive into the convention center. After you are unloaded you can drive to parking lot D and a shuttle van will bring you back.

Set up time will start at 2 pm today, March 13.

Just talked with Shawn and the Taxi or Shuttle he referred to is from the airport to Millennium Hotel. The conference center and hotel are the same building. Can't wait to get there.
