Bought a few straws on WhitetailExchange, but can't seem to clearly find who is responsible for paying that fee. Ive seen a few auctions that state the buyer does, but mine don't clearly state that. Just send the payment to WhiteExchange's address? I emailed their contact info with these questions a week ago....no response. This concerns me all together.

The seller will pay the 10% fee it will just come out of his payment. Dont be alarmed by the wait time they wait till your check clears before they give you any info.

Hey Travis, how have you been pal, how the deer looking????

Thanks for the great question. Actually we get this question often so I am glad you asked it on here so I could answer it for everyone. Here is how Whitetail Exchange works.

Immediately following the end of a sale, both the buyer and the seller are sent an email letting them know that the sale was made. Buyers are given the Whitetail Exchange address, the amount due and are given 7 days to send in payment.

Once payment is received, we deposit the check into our account. When the check clears our bank (usually 3-5 business days depending on the amount and the bank it is issued from) we then send another email to the buyer and the seller letting them know that the transaction is completed. We supply the seller with all of the buyers contact information and the buyer with all the sellers contact information. At this point the buyer and seller simply get in touch with each other and make arrangements for delivery.

As soon as we send the transaction completed email, we then send the seller their check minus the 10% commission.
