Will a 6 month old buck breed this fall?

Just curious as to the different opinions on this. He is very large and was a single fawn. Obviously the only reason I'm considering taking this chance is based on his pedigree. Thanks for your thoughts. Sam 270-705-4992

I have had it happen several times, the most unexpected time was the time a button buck was in with two mature open does, i never exposed the does to a mature buck, i had no intentions of breeding them that year and figured the button would not be tall enough to actually breed them.....the does both had fawns, one July 29 and the other August 31st the next year.

Those Buck fawns know what to do! Trust me they will reel it out and take care of business if that doe is in heat. Horns or no horns.

Not sure that is true. I believe they have to have some kind of hard horn to be mature enough to breed!!

I know it is irrelevant but thought some might like to know. He's Hardcore/Rolex/Maxbo. I have three does I'd like for him to breed in a perfect world.

I used a button buck with hard horn last year as a back up buck. It did not work out, I had a doe that missed ai and he was not taking care of her and I had to turn an older buck in with the doe's. But the year before I seen a button buck cover a doe.
