I have three pens partially constructed waiting to finish when weather allows it. One pen is 100ft square and the other two are about 90 ft square.
I need to get a cover started on the ground and was wondering if anyone frost seeds they're own pens and with what grass,legumes, etc.
I'm only going to have a couple of deer for all three pens since I am using them for reference.
Been looking at Kentucky Bluegrass and some pasture grasses. I know fescue is heartier but of little value nutritionally.
Any suggestions/comments?
