Last month, Nora Kilpatrick 66, was taking the cover off her running Arctic Cat snowmobile when the cover caught the throttle causing the machine to lurch forward at high speed . Nora was struck by the snowmobile which then hit a parked car.She died later in the hospital.Nora retired last year...
