Buck fawn born this spring has bloated belly with loose stool. Was on neomyacin for 6 days. Is now on probiotics for the last 5 days. Still has same issue. Is there anything else I should do for him? Or give him more time?

If it is noticable in this smaller picture, the deer on the left appears to have an abnormal looking pot belly and is thin across the top. His droppings are normal but is this a case of some kind of parasite?
