bloated

my husband and i have a fawn around10 weeks old l.he is bloated and im not sure what to do. Ive gave him baby gas drops and baking soda and water. He jas been this way for 2 days. PleAse help.

Buck fawn born this spring has bloated belly with loose stool. Was on neomyacin for 6 days. Is now on probiotics for the last 5 days. Still has same issue. Is there anything else I should do for him? Or give him more time?
