buckets

Any ideas or tricks I can add to my water to keep algae out of my buckets. I clean them about every 2-3 days. I have 3-100 gallon buckets/troughs with floats attached to them. I am just wondering if there is anything out there that is safe and easy. Thanks, Cameron Crow Hoof & Horns...
