buttons

We have 12 button bucks that range anywhere from 1/2" to 2" buttons. They are all skinny buttons...EXCEPT one   20407:DSCN7114

I have a year old doe and five year old doe that are both pedigree. . They both have prominent buttons on they're heads. my non pedigree doe has none! Is this consistent with pedigree? They have not been bred yet so I have no bucks to see if this means big racks. Any Comments? anyone...

When your button bucks have bigger buttons, is that a good sign that they will be good yearlings? How accurate is this? I wonder how big we're the buttons on some of the big boys out there, X Factor, Max Factor, Fear Factor, Ballistic, Texas Tea, Big Red ect. ect. Would be cool to know!! Thanks...
