Can anyone help me on what is the average consumption of deer feed, on adult deer should be.

The past two weeks we have had random red/purple urine spots throughout the pens and when they dry they are almost black. We first thought it was due to the wormer that we had started and it was just affecting their urine. They have been off dewormer for a week now and they are still happening...

Does anyone know what would be an average water consumption for a deer in South Texas. We don't have natural water source and we need to figure out the required infrastructure. Thanks E
