Has anyone treated their fawns with Frontline Topspot Spray for fleas?

My 10 wk old fawn has fleas!!! I have 4 doberman-dogs (who are best "buddies" with the him) and I had to get them treated for fleas and sprayed all their beds...but naw the fawn has them tooo...his "hen house" that he uses as him little house even has them!!! What should I treat him with, and...
