froth

this is my first year bottle feeding and I am trying to use a 1 cup zoologic to 1 gallon of red cap mixture. I am having problems with it frothing up and looking like yogurt. I am mixing it up in cold milk out of fridge. What am I doing wrong? Is it supposed to be like this? Should I just...
